New Tools Call for New Rules.

The share economy has been enabled by self-service platforms designed to connect customers and sellers in ways never imagined. These frictionless transactions allow hosts and guests a secure method to trade assets or services at dynamic market rates. This model has unlocked value out of unused assets. This includes rooms and homes for short term use, garages for storage, and cars for ride sharing. But regulations have not kept pace with this new paradigm. It is important to have a positive impact on our local, regional, and state standards as regulations continue to emerge. Be part of the emerging Good Neighbor, Business Partnerships, and Community Engagement initiatives.
